How to Troubleshoot Charging and Battery Issues on AISLPC Handhelds

If your AISLPC handheld is not charging, charging unusually slowly, or will not turn on after the battery is fully drained, try the following steps before contacting support.

1. Check the Charger

First, make sure the charger meets the requirements of your handheld model.

The official manuals for the RG52 MINI, RG43H Pro, RG43V Pro, R36T, R36T MAX, and R36 MAX specify a 5V/2A or lower charger.

Charging requirements may differ for other models, so please check the user manual for your specific device.

We recommend using the cable included with your handheld whenever possible and choosing a charger that meets the specifications listed in the manual.

2. Check the Charging Cable

Disconnect and reconnect the charging cable, making sure it is fully inserted.

If there is still no charging response, try another compatible USB cable that you know works properly.

A cable may look normal on the outside but still have internal damage that prevents it from supplying power correctly.

3. Check the Charging Port

Check the USB-C charging port for visible dust, debris, looseness, or damage.

If cleaning is necessary, turn off the handheld first. Do not insert metal tools such as needles or tweezers into the port, and do not use liquids.

If the handheld only charges when the cable is held at a certain angle, or if the port appears loose or damaged, stop testing and contact AISLPC Support.

4. Charge While Powered Off for About 30 Minutes

If the handheld has not been used for a long time or the battery is completely drained, it may not turn on immediately after the charger is connected.

Press and hold the power button for 8 seconds to make sure the handheld is fully powered off. Then connect a compatible charger and leave it charging for about 30 minutes before trying to turn it on again.

Avoid repeatedly pressing the power button during this time, and do not press the Reset button while the device is charging.

5. Check the Charging Status

While charging, check whether the charging indicator or battery level changes.

Charging indicator behavior may vary between AISLPC models. For example, some models show a red indicator while charging and turn the light off when fully charged.

Please refer to the user manual for your specific model.

If the handheld is charging but the process seems unusually slow, stop running games and charge the device while it is powered off for a while. Then check whether the battery level increases normally.

6. Still Not Charging?

If you have already:

• Confirmed that the charger meets the correct specifications
• Tried another working charging cable
• Checked the charging port
• Charged the handheld while powered off for about 30 minutes

and the handheld still shows no charging response, stop further troubleshooting and contact AISLPC Support.

Do not open the handheld, remove the battery, or attempt to repair internal components yourself.

Stop Using the Handheld If You Notice These Signs

Stop charging and using the handheld immediately if you notice:

• Battery swelling or the back cover lifting
• Unusual overheating while charging
• A burning smell, smoke, or other unusual odors
• A burned, deformed, or visibly damaged charging port
