Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
AISLPC is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees generated during returns.

Exchanges
If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original product first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

For non-defective returns under the EU cooling-off period, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by local law.
Refunds
