You can download the compatible AisRock firmware from our Download Center. For the best experience, we recommend using the official firmware provided by AISLPC.

Before updating, please download the required tools from the link.

You need to download these two archives: DriverAssitant_v5.12.zip and RKDevTool_Release.zip.

After downloading, unzip both archives. First, open the DriverAssitant_v5.12 folder and run DriverInstall.exe to install the required driver.

Next, open the RKDevTool_Release folder. If the tool is not displayed in English, open config.ini with Notepad, find the [Language] section, and change Selected=1 to Selected=2. Save the file and restart RKDevTool.

If your device is running the EE 4.7 system and you want to restore it to factory settings, follow the steps below.

Steps:

1. Power on your RG52MINI.

2. Press and hold L1 + Left Analog Stick at the same time.

3. While holding them, press the Y button 3 times consecutively.

4. The system will automatically start the factory reset process.

⚠️ This method is for the EE 4.7 system only.

Factory reset may erase your settings and save data. Please back up important files in advance.

Below is the R36T Multiplayer Setup Guide:

3-Step Battle Setup
1. CONNECT & PREPARE
- Both devices:
`Main Menu → Settings → Network` → Same Wi-Fi (e.g., "Home_Network")
- Host Note: Find IP at `Netplay → Host`

2. LAUNCH & LINK
- Open identical game on both → Press `Select + X` → Tap `B`
- Host: `Netplay → Host → Start`
- Guest: `Netplay → Connect → Enter Host's IP → X`

3. PLAY!
- Screens sync? Host selects `Multiplayer Mode`

Connect your handheld to Wi-Fi, open the built-in Downloader app, then browse and download supported content directly on the device.

Some download features may require compatible system versions or available storage space.

Flash the ArkOS or dArkOS image to a microSD card using tools like Rufus or Balena Etcher, then insert the card into your handheld and power it on.

PortMaster can usually be downloaded directly through the built-in tools or community package manager available on supported Linux-based handheld systems. Once connected to Wi-Fi, open the ports/application section on your device and follow the on-screen installation steps.

Some games may require additional game files or compatible system versions. We recommend using the latest stable firmware for the best compatibility and performance.

Using the RG43H PRO as an example, please refer to this video

• Power On: Press and hold the Power button for 5 seconds. Wait patiently about 20 seconds to enter the system.
• Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for 7 seconds to show the shutdown menu, then press A to confirm.
• Note: Always exit the game before shutting down.

When the red light turns on, connect the charging cable to the DC port promptly.

The red light will turn off automatically when fully charged.

Note: Do not press the reset button while charging. Use a 5V/2A or lower charger.

Load Save —— SELECT + R1

Save Game —— SELECT + L1

Exit Game —— SELECT + START

Show FPS —— SELECT + B

Open RAM Menu —— SELECT + A

System Reset (Bug Fix) —— Left Joystick + L2 + Y ×3

1. Go to 1. Settings → 2. System

2. Select 3. Auto Load/Save State → 4. Slot 1

3. Press △ → Press Back + △ to save state

4. Go to 7. Exit to Menu → 8. Exit

• R2: Switch screen display
• Right Joystick: Full screen mode
• Left Joystick: Open game background menu

• How to Unlock Child Mode
  Press START → Select UNLOCK USER INTERFACE MODE → Press A → Enter AABAA to unlock.
• How to Switch Emulator Core
  In game list, hold A for 2 seconds → Advanced Game Options → Change the Emulator option.
• Setting Priority:
  Game Specific > Emulator Specific > Global Settings
• How to Change Theme
  START → User Interface Settings → Background Theme → Choose your preferred theme.

Aspect Ratio Adjustment:

1. Press START → Game Settings → Game Screen Ratio

2. XY (Custom Ratio): Stretched (good for most games to fill screen)

3. CORE PROVIDED VIDEO: Original aspect ratio (Recommended for vertical arcade games, GBC, etc. to avoid distortion)

Screen Brightness:
START → System Settings → Brightness → Use Left Joystick + L2 to adjust.

How to Change Language:
START → System Settings → Language → Select language → Restart system to apply.

FDS Games (Side B):
Simply press L1 to switch to Side B.

• Insert TF card into your computer and open the EE_ROMS drive.
• Copy game files into the corresponding emulator folders.
• (Optional) Edit /media/screenshots/games.xml to add new game info.
• Safely eject the card, reinsert into the device, and power on.

1. Screen Dims After Power On (audio & controls still work)
→ Hold Left Joystick + L2, then press Y three times.

2. “System Cannot Be Read” Error

• Reinsert the SD card
• Or insert into TF1 slot and restart
• If still fails, perform the System Reset above.

3. Games Not Loading
→ Try switching to a different emulator core (hold A → Advanced Game Options).

4. Charging Issues
Always use a 5V/2A or lower charger.
