At AISLPC, we stand behind the quality of our retro handheld game consoles and accessories. All eligible products purchased directly from our official website are covered by a 1 Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies only to products with manufacturing defects or hardware failures that prevent normal operation under proper use conditions.
What Is Covered
During the warranty period, AISLPC may provide one of the following solutions after inspection and verification:

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or failures caused by:

Cosmetic wear and normal aging

Damage caused by custom firmware, unofficial operating systems, or unsupported software modifications

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, drops, or external force

Consumable parts including batteries with reduced capacity from normal usage over time
Products showing signs of intentional damage or unauthorized repair may be refused warranty service.
Warranty Claim Requirements

Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning products for warranty inspection or repair.
AISLPC will cover the shipping cost for replacement parts or replacement products after the warranty claim has been approved.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as AISLPC is not responsible for lost return packages.
30-Day Return Policy (EU & US Orders)
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible orders.
To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused or in like-new condition

Original packaging and accessories must be included

The product must not show signs of damage, modification, or misuse
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to partial refund deductions.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
DOA (Dead on Arrival)
If your product arrives non-functional or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with video proof and photos.
Verified DOA products may qualify for priority replacement service.
Limitation of Liability
AISLPC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
